Guide Right is crafted by individuals with extensive experience and unwavering dedication, driven to make a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most.

A Legacy of Support

Our journey began in 2009, as part of a home and community care organisation that provided assistance to those in need. This organisation was selected as a trial organisation for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in the Lower Hunter and Newcastle areas, we embraced the challenges, navigating the complexities of customer care and delivering frontline support.

The Vision Unfolds

In the heart of these challenges, Guide Right emerged, driven not just by duty but by a profound understanding of the needs of our community. We recognised the necessity for a service that exceeds expectations—a service that provides a haven without exploiting a client's funding. At Guide Right, we are not just a service provider; we are a family, ensuring every client feels valued and cherished.

Our Unique Approach

Central to our ethos is the belief that quality care should foster independence. We are advocates for independence, empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

Embarking on a Journey of Care and Change

In our quest to provide outstanding care, we, at Guide Right, have not only seen the unique challenges individuals face when seeking support but have personally navigated the twists and turns of connecting with various service providers. Along the way, we've encountered gaps in service delivery, leading us to recognise a significant opportunity for improvement within the sector. These experiences drive our dedication to redefine expectations and establish new standards in special needs support. At Guide Right, we view challenges as opportunities for positive change, always working to improve our services and contribute to enhancing the support landscape.
